HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Have you purchased a product online but changed your mind? No problem!

Pursuant to art.52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the consumer (as defined in art. 3 paragraph

1) may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the contract of purchase for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

1.    Prepare the package with the products to be returned inside;

2.    The products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging.

After evaluating the conditions of the return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price paid.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

1. The return of products can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer;

2. Returned items must be unused and preferably in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have already been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. The goods must be complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes, boxes and packaging), with the tags still attached;

3. The shipping costs for making the return are borne by the customer;

4. The amount of the returned products will be credited back within 14 working days following receipt of the return, in the manner in which the payment was made.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING PROMOTIONAL OFFERS SUCH AS 3X2, 2X1 AND ALL OUT REFUND TIMES

The refund will be made within 14 days with the same payment method chosen for the purchase.
